Me and my mission

Let me introduce myself: My name is Laura Schieck and I’m a Pediatric

Dental Therapist and Dental Hygienist BoH (Bachelor of Health). In 2008 I

graduated from the University of Sheffield, which means I am a native

English speaker.

I’m a Member of the Dutch Association for Oral & Detal Hygienists (NVM)

and registered (KRM registration 994348) with the Quality Register for Oral

Hygienists (QR).

We provide preventative and restorative dental care for adults and children,

I am specialised in treating children. We use a child friend approach and

we aim to make every appointment lots of fun! I love my job and what we

do. Feel free to make an appointment.

Oral care can always be improved! Through my education, professionalisa-

tion and years of work in the various renowned dental practices in the UK

and in Holland, I’ve gained a lot of experience in treating children, adoles-

cents, adults and the elderly.

Together we take care of the wellbeing of you and your

teeth.

In addition to curative treatment, I believe that there’s still a lot to be

gained in the field of preventive oral care. This care should be more prom-

inent in the minds of parents, children, young people, adults and the eld-

erly. That’s why I believe in an overall concept in which the whole dental

team only have one ultamite goal: Healthy teeth for everyone and the very

best treatment evryone!

My specialisation is in the care of ancious children, adolescents and adults.

That's where my specific strength lies and I approach it from empathic and

pedagogical perspective.
